Great bones in a great location - this house used to be part of Northwood Manor.  It was a nice canvas that required minimal layout changes.  We opened up two walls on main floor to create an open-floor concept between the updated kitchen, living room, and dining area. This transformed the exposed brick chimney and fireplace into a centerpiece. A main floor ½-bath was also added.  Refinished and stained floors give a warm ambiance to the house.
